Tristan Sippert of Mobridge has joined the Dewey County Sheriff ’s Office and is currently undergoing field training. He will attend the 13week law enforcement training program in Pierre within the next year.
A 26-year-old Mobridge man has been sworn in as a Deputy Sheriff for Dewey County.
Tristan Sippert began field training with deputies Kyle Nilson and Trista Bulit on February 26. Sheriff Ash Arpan says the new recruit will attend the 13-week law enforcement training in Pierre within the next year.
“Tristan is a good fit for us,” Arpan said. “He says he wants to stay longterm with us.”
