Two Lemmon men - Jeremy Dunn and Kevin Love - are suing attorney Shane Penfield of Lemmon and officials of the cities and counties that he represents as well as S.D. Attorney General Marty Jackley, Lemmon Mayor Matthew Barnes and Thomas Frieberg, counsel for the S.D State Bar Disciplinary Board.
